Review documents and samples.

Use technical information to check a product against your requirements. Contact the team to discuss samples, customization or questions about a particular model.

Discuss a quotation.

Send your shortlist and project brief to our team. Include the quantity, required configuration, destination and requested timing so the discussion starts with the right details.

  • Quotation reference, issue date and the version under review
  • Product model, configuration, quantity and unit of measurement
  • Included accessories, documents and any requested customization
  • Delivery destination, requested timing and any items priced separately

Still choosing a product?

Describe the application and the effect you want to achieve. Include a drawing or reference if you have one.

Need a particular document?

Name the model and the information you need to review for your project.

Have a delivery requirement?

Share the destination and requested date when discussing your quotation.

Plan the delivery details.

Confirm the delivery address, receiving contact and any site access requirements before the order is agreed. Discuss whether the products are needed together or in stages.

Ask how production, dispatch and arrival dates are distinguished in the quotation. Review which delivery costs, handling arrangements, taxes or import responsibilities are included and which need separate agreement.

  • Destination country or region, postal code and receiving address
  • Required arrival date and any phased delivery requirements
  • Packing, labelling and delivery documents needed by your receiving team
  • The next contact and process if the destination, quantity or schedule changes

Check payment and invoice information.

Before arranging payment, confirm the currency, total amount, payment method and agreed payment stages in the order documentation. Ask how any separate charges will be shown.

Provide the correct invoice name, billing address and any purchase order reference. Confirm whether a company registration or tax identifier is required for the invoice, and share only the details needed for the transaction.

  • Currency and the amount due at each agreed stage
  • Invoice recipient, billing address and purchase order reference
  • Any applicable taxes, delivery costs or other separately stated charges
  • The payment reference and documents to retain with your order

Keep one clear order record.

Check that the final quotation, product specifications and order details refer to the same configuration and quantities. Ask for any changes to be confirmed in writing, including their effect on price and timing.

If payment instructions or recipient details change unexpectedly, verify the change through a contact channel you already know before making a payment. Keep passwords, card security codes and banking login details out of project enquiries.
