Technical support

Find the right technical record.

Good decisions need the right record. Match the document to the selected configuration, then check its scope before carrying it into a project.

Choose the record for the decision.

Photometric data

Measured IES or LDT data associated with the specified configuration. Confirm the model and measurement context rather than substituting a visually similar product.

Request guidance: Photometric data

Compliance records

Records whose applicable model, market and test method can be identified. A general product description does not establish certification for a project.

Request guidance: Compliance records

Match the document to the product.

Check the identifiers on the record itself, not only its filename. A useful document set makes the selected product, options and revision easy to trace when several disciplines are working on the same detail.

  • Product identity: family, model and article code or SKU, where available.
  • Configuration: the selected profile and relevant light, connection and control options.
  • Document identity: title, revision and date stated on the record itself.
  • Application: relevant language, market and project conditions.
  • Unresolved scope: anything the record does not explicitly cover.

Check the complete system.

Keep component records together, but also confirm how the components work together. The light line, mounting profile, connection and seal, driver and load, and control method need a coordinated selection.

Photometric data, a dimensional drawing and an installation guide answer different questions. One cannot stand in for the others. Note missing records before the specification moves to procurement.

Request an applicable document.

Verified download files are not available on this page. Example listings are not a substitute for a model-specific technical record.

For a focused request, include the model or article code, selected options, required document type and the drawing or detail it needs to resolve. Add the project market and relevant exposure or control requirements.

Looking for installation instructions?

Obtain installation instructions for the selected product, mounting and accessories. Keep them with the final specification so the site team can check the supplied configuration against the approved detail.
